An international specialty logistics company is searching for a Business Development & Sales Representative to lead all sales related activities in its local office in Chile. The position is directed under broad administrative of the Business Development & Sales Manager/ Sub- Regional Manager that will provide strategic leadership to local sales and business development team in order to support the overall sales strategy and profitability objectives. The BD and Sales Representative is responsible for providing, professional, and efficient service to our customers to uphold the reputation that sets us apart from our competitors.

• Responsible for understanding the company’s product & services offerings and becoming a champion for practical integration of “real world” solutions.
• Implement local sales strategies to sell and implement customer tailored solutions in the Latin America region.
• Gathers information; analyzes and develops strategies under the Regional Sales & Business Development Director- Latin America to address dynamics that may affect area of responsibility using solution selling techniques.
• Works closely with other regional sales managers, business development managers, strategic account and national representatives to implement key initiatives and create new partnerships.
• Manage sales technology requirements such as solutions and systems.
• Responsible for the delivery of information to the sales organization to support territory management, compensation tracking, customer reports and requirements.
• Participate in sales training programs and educational plans for the sales team its sub- region in Latin America.
• Help to develop and conduct sales strategies and implements those strategies within the field sales organization by providing training and educational tools.
• Provide assistance to lead sales team goal setting and forecasting process.
• Maintain reports and KPI’s applicable for the country.
• Perform the Budget for the Country Sales/Billing and for the sales related expenses.
• Develop and generate opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Help to organize all events the company will participate in-country.
• Attend national and international meetings when applicable.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requisitos Minimos:
• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, sales, marketing, or similar vocations. Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years related and progressively responsible experience.
• Ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplace.
• Demonstrates use of project management techniques.
• Understands sales trends and operating assumptions.
• Excellent negotiation & organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent integration, implementation and management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
• Working knowledge of sales management, sales planning and goal setting, successful strategic and consultative selling techniques and related information.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of various diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.

8. Effective prioritization skills to comply with regional sales goals and ability provide adequate responses to client requests as well as local office demands.
